If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Here is the checklist.
- The code was entered with a space
Copying YOHAIG from a webpage often brings a trailing space with it. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Clear the field and type it in by hand.
Too late to apply
Once the account is created, the field is gone. Customer service cannot apply a code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.
Under ₦100
The code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.
KYC pending
An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.
Already claimed
The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. Sharing a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. The restriction is enforced automatically.
- The bonus is there but not withdrawable
Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it . Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.
Still stuck?
Raise it with bet9ja promotion code support, who can see what was recorded against the account. They can confirm whether a promotion code was attached, which resolves the question one way or the other.
If you have not registered yet, avoid all of the above by entering YOHAIG at sign-up and depositing at least ₦100.
